Inspired by the functional beach baskets, BASKET is designed as an integrated modular system with two different back heights, which allows you to co-create and design your seating just as you like it. The intelligent sofa is a great setting for an intimate and cosy time alone or with friends, family or colleagues. The BASKET armchair comes with a swivel or fixed base.
The BASKET poufs can be used as a footrest or a side table.
Matthias Demacker
Matthias Demacker was born in southern Germany in 1970. He studied Design at FH Niederrhein in Krefeld and at the same time worked with a number of different architects’ studios on trade fair exhibition stands. After graduating, he moved to Munich, worked for a number of interior design studios and in 2003 set up his own. He has received many acknowledgements at international level; among these, the Interior Innovation Award, the Nomination for the german Designpreis both in 2005, the red dot 2007 and the good design award 2010.

We have become an international brand by creating innovative, iconic and high-quality furniture, and our modern, colourful designs can be found all over the world. But one thing hasn’t changed: all our modern upholstered furniture is still made in Denmark at our own factory.
